Your voter registration application will be reviewed by the Municipal Clerk/Registrar in the municipality where you are submitting
your application. You will be sent an acknowledgment notice to the mailing address below to let you know if your application was
accepted or rejected.

If you provided a valid Maine driver's license or ID number with your current residence address, no further proof is required. If you
provided the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number as proof of identification or the address on your driver's license or ID is
not current, you may be required to provide additional documentation before you can vote in a Maine election.

Because you did not provide a valid current Maine driver's license or State ID number as proof of identification, you are required to upload an image of your handwritten signature. The image must contain ONLY your signature and no other images or text. Failure to provide a valid signature image may result in your application being rejected.
